Beverage Director

Our Restaurant Group is looking for a Beverage Director to effectively manage our venues:

* NBetween - Japanese inspired Cocktail Bar (Chelsea Market) (@nbetween.bar), 
* Maki a Mano - Handroll Bar (Chelsea Market) (@makiamano.nyc)  
* LenLen - Thai Bar and Restaurant (Flatiron) @lenlen.nyc
* Speakeasy associated with LenLen

Responsibilities : Curating and refining different beverage program across listed venues, while ensuring the program's profitability and operational excellence 

Requirements:

2+ years experience of cocktail creation,

Preferably previous experience in the Beverage Director/ Bar Manager roles.

Experience managing bar teams and developing SOPs

Able to work afternoons, evenings and later nights.

General Food/Bar/Classic Cocktail knowledge is necessary.

Food Science/Culinary background is a plus...
