Overview The selected candidate will become a member of the Performance & Productivity Team. Through the implementation of initiatives related to Control, Capability development, Continuous improvement and Subject Matter Expertise (SME), the candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, with primary focus on Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) and Non Carbonated Beverages (NCB) manufacturing, to Do Right every hour, every shift today and continuously improve to Do Better tomorrow, achieving world class quality and performance in line with the Lean and Lean Six Sigma principles and E2E team purpose & vision. 
Responsibilities Plants’ performance monitoring & analysis, with primary focus on CSD and NCB manufacturing. Identify opportunities, investigate and recommend the proper solutions to close gaps, ensure accurate information flow.
