Job Description
Mercury Systems is seeking skilled BGA rework technicians to support a variety of production tasks involving PCBs and PCBAs. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate skill in removing faulty components, cleaning pads, applying solder paste, and replacing components by reflowing solder joints using BGA rework equipment and hand solder equipment. This is a 2nd shift opportunity, daily hours will be from 2:30 pm to 12:00 am, and overtime is available and encouraged.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Master the complete BGA rework process for safe desoldering, cleaning, ball stenciling solder paste, placement and resoldering.
+ Interpreting job routers, written instructions, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics and safe operation of BGA rework equipment.
+ Performing a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards
