MAIN FOCUS AND MISSION:
The BI & Data lead plays a crucial role in the affiliate transformation, aligning the business
towards becoming a high-performing, data-driven organization. This role is responsible on
developing and implementing BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making
within the organization. The BI & Data lead is also responsible on creating data
governance plan and creating data platform for Japan. This role requires working closely
with different stakeholders across the business to understand their business and data
needs so that high-quality insights and analyses is produced and ensure the accuracy
and integrity of data.


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Development of dashboard and solutions for becoming a data driven affiliate.
• Develop dashboard, reports, and data solutions.
• Ensure dashboard are always based on the latest data, performing
regular updates and maintenance.
