Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong ability to gather requirements and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing workflows and request pipelines.
- Skilled at balancing user needs and technical possibilities.
- Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
