Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement or bidding (preferably in AEC industry).
- Proven track record of success in securing private and government contracts through competitive bidding processes.
- Strong working knowledge of RA 9184 and government procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging high‑level stakeholders.
- Trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
- Familiarity with PhilGEPS and Bid and Awards Committee procedures required.
- Experience in contract review and legal compliance a plus.
