Copello are supporting a leading engineering and technology organisation delivering complex solutions across the defence and secure technology sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring in an experienced BID Manager to lead and coordinate high-value, strategic bids across a range of programmes.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in bid management within complex engineering or defence environments, who is confident managing the full bid lifecycle and engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

• Lead and manage bids from qualification through to submission
