Responsibilities
As part of the Business Development team, the Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:
- Speak with French speaking clients over the phone and develop knowledge of their needs, establishing rapport and relationship nurturing
- Take detailed orders from customer and enter the order information in to the database
- Interact with clients via email, processing orders and returns
- Keep the customer contact data up to date in the database
- Notify management of any errors or omissions in orders, as well as relevant customer feedback
