Bilingual Compensation & Benefits Generalist

Caliente Interactive in Tijuana seeks a bilingual HR Generalist to manage Compensation & Benefits operations. This includes oversight of the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and offboarding to maintaining competitive benefits portfolios such as Meal Vouchers and Pension Plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of HR experience, particularly in Compensation administration. Proficiency in Advanced English and Excel is essential, alongside strong analytical and communication skills.
