Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Reps provide service and support for our customers from Electronics, Automotive and Mechanical metal industries, and the branch sales team with activities such as:Expedites, order entry, credit and rebills, open order administration, quoting, forecast analysis, follow up on quotes, RMAs, Inside Sales support, between others.Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to work independently and with teams to:- Satisfy customers through, among other tasks and timely processing of orders.
- Develop solid working relationships with customers and team members.
