Bilingual Manager, Employee & Labour Relations

Location: 24 Colonnade Road, Ottawa ON (free parking on-site), Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday, Starting Salary: $98,000/year

What you will be doing…

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee & Labour Relations, you will lead and manage complex, high-risk employee and labour relations matters across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will provide expert guidance on litigation-sensitive workplace issues, interpret and administer collective agreements, and lead grievance strategy, investigations, and arbitration preparation.
