At ACSI, we have supported U.S. businesses through bilingual contact center solutions for over 20 years. We are currently looking for **bilingual talent to join our medical campaign** team.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Schedule and confirm _medical appointments_
- Provide follow-up assistance to patients
- Update customer information in the system
- Deliver excellent customer service over the phone
