Our client, a boutique Private Equity/Investment Firm with offices across Europe is looking for a switched-on bilingual Office Assistant to support their small but busy team.

Among others, duties will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and other communications
  • Managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and other travel bookings for investment associates, in accordance with company protocol. Experience with the Perk platform is a plus
  • Organising meeting rooms, welcoming visitors and ensuring they are well looked after
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, as required
  • Overseeing the maintenance of common areas, ensuring the office is kept in excellent condition at all times, and acting as the go-to person for administrative matters
