Bilingual RTR Manager — IFRS & Process Improvement

Nouryon is seeking an experienced RTR Manager for our Mexico City office. This fully onsite role involves overseeing operational accounting activities, ensuring IFRS compliance, and driving continuous improvements. You will lead a team of about 10 bilingual members and collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders both locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of operational accounting experience, a degree in Accounting, and be fully fluent in both English and Spanish. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
