As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Associate, you will report to the Manager of Compensation, Job Design, and Talent and will be responsible for the high-volume recruitment of sales-focused positions. This role partners with Sales Hiring Managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent to meet business growth goals. The Associate will focus on standardized, high-frequency hiring while adhering to established branding and legislative guidelines.
