As a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist, you will use your proficiency in both languages to serve as the single point of contact in supporting our customers with troubleshooting computer equipment such as PCs, Scanners, Printers, Data Communication Equipment, Routers, Switches, Wireless, RFID, Antivirus and Firewalls.
