Position Overview

We seek a high‑caliber candidate to fill the role of Warehouse Supervisor at our Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico facility. The supervisor will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement and shipping activities to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations. The position serves as a bilingual communication bridge (English/Spanish) between local operations and the Chinese team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material supply, shipments, and proper handling of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Ensure highly accurate inventory control, track system transactions within the ERP, supervise cycle counts, and lead physical inventories.
• Partner with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve material shortages, coordinate movement priorities, and assign daily tasks.
