Job Description
Telecommunication Allowance, Medical Reimbursement
- Ensure all payouts, reimbursements, and allowances are promptly and accurately billed.
- Prepare billing statements and statements of accounts (SOA) for all payouts made and reimbursements paid.
- Deliver billing statements and SOAs to clients in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly billing and SOA summaries, aging of receivables, and monthly collection reports.
- Follow up on collections through courtesy calls or emails.
- Validate account discrepancies, recommend adjustments, and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare quarterly commission requests for permanent placements and other income sources.
- Audit time-kept timesheets to ensure accuracy in payroll and billing.
