Job Description: Job Summary The Accounting Assistant is a crucial member of the Finance and Accounting Team supporting the function with billing, invoicing, reconciliation and other assigned tasks. 
 Responsibilities / Essential Functions Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data Preparation of sales invoices and sending it to clients Reconcile the receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Initiate and follow up with customers via email or phone regarding collecting outstanding balances due, uncover disputes and resolve payment delay issues Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts Gene...
