Position Summary The Billing Specialist supports the accurate and timely billing of project-related services at CoreX Corp.This role is responsible for preparing invoices tied to various professional managed and support services, ensuring alignment with executed Statements of Work (SOWs), approved milestones, and time-and-materials.This role is well-suited for an individual eager to build a foundation in project accounting within a professional services organization.The successful candidate must be diligent, highly organized, and an excellent communicator, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities: Prepare and issue customer invoices for professional, managed, and support services, as well as license sales, in accordance with established billing cycles.Validate billing inputs against executed SOWs, pricing schedules, milestones, and approved time entries.Coordinate with Project Managers and Delivery teams to confirm milestone completion, billable ho...
