Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time BIM Coordinator, with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience. The BIM Coordinator plays an important role in the digital delivery and digital integration of projects. Using technical experience and excellent skills, the BIM Coordinator will be responsible for the digital delivery of the design & construction projects. He / She will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans and other documentation in the project delivery process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the projects.
- Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards within the MEP project Team.
- Capability of understanding BIM Client Requirements and analyse/implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverables
- Document and communicate best practices and workflows.
- Primary contact for BIM related technical support.
