Roles and Responsibilities:
Advocate for advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice. Lead BIM project delivery. Work with BIM Manager to execute process of exchange, collaboration, and clash coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Production and maintenance of BIM models for project deliverables, authorities' submissions, and documentation. Lead BIM coordination and clash resolution. Ensure quality of model using company and project BIM standards. Guide project teams and execute development plan to improve digital practices. Improve processes, content, best practices, and techniques of BIM related tool.
Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, or its equivalent with minimum 4 (6 for Senior) years of relevant consultancy experience.
