Job description Role & responsibilities
- Maintain CDE platforms (ACC/BIM360), ensuring meticulous documentation of files.
- Assist BIM/Design Manager in timely project submissions according to milestones.
- Support BIM/Design Manager in VDC walkthrough presentations for clients/owners.
- Conduct BIM Meetings with consultants, emphasising clash detection and model issues.
- Assign tasks to modellers and vigilantly monitor the quality of their work.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on BIM issues using Excel and Navisworks.
- Be able to develop when needed detailed 3D models of various Services using Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate design inputs into BIM models, involving coordination, clash detection, and resolution.
