Hill International is recruiting a senior BIM Manager to join our team in Lisbon and provide support on major building and infrastructure developments. The BIM Manager will lead project´s information-management strategy across the full project lifecycle.
This is a core team, full-time role within an integrated client-side delivery team. The BIM Manager works as a key member of our core project delivery team leading Designer BIM deliverable review, federated model coordination, CDE governance and the BIM Execution Plan throughout design and construction phases.
Strategy and standards
Lead the TA's BIM strategy, BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and information-management approach in line with BS EN ISO 19650.
Define and maintain the project's Reference Technical Standard for BIM and digital delivery, in coordination with project and Design Managers
Coordinate with the Document Control Manager to integrate BIM model management
