a. BIM Manager
- The BIM Manager shall have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and procedures and framework for BIM in projects; in addition, he shall have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in site supervision;
- The BIM Manager shall be familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical;
- The BIM Manager shall possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent;
- The BIM Manager shall be highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast-paced projects;
- The BIM Manager shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills
