BIM Modeler (Data Center)

Role & Responsibilities:

 • Create 2D/3D MEP models using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, etc.

 • Generate detailed drawings & shop drawings for construction

 • Perform clash detection & resolve coordination issues

 • Ensure accuracy of dimensions, materials & specs

 • Update models based on design or site changes

 • Collaborate with BIM Coordinators & design teams

 • Stay updated with BIM standards & tools

Requirements:

 • Minimum a diploma / higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering

 • 3–5 years in M&E drafting (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360)

 • Familiar with ACC & Navisworks would be an added advantage

 • Strong English communication & coordination skills
