BIM Modeler

• Reports to Design Manager
• Responsible for civil & structure modelling
• Check, revise and update BIM Models based on drawings and latest information.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of the models.
• Analyze information, identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models.
• Attend Client and Interface Meetings
• Pre-testing models

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Structural/ Architecture) / NITEC Drafting certificate or equivalent
• Candidates with experience Civil Construction projects preferred
• At least 1 year experience using BIM
• Proficient in REVIT
• Strong analyzing skills

Candidate must be based in Singapore.
