Qualifications
- Draughting / Modelling Qualification from a recognised institution (Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field).
- Strong proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Experience in 3D modelling, drafting, and detailing for construction projects.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 principles, BEP requirements, and data exchange formats (IFC, COBie).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow project standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project stakeholders.
