Job Title: BIM Operator

Job Summary

The BIM Operator is responsible for creating, updating and managing Building Information Models using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit. This role supports the design and coordination process across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficient collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D models using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate models across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Generate drawings, schedules and documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure models meet project standards, specifications and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Collaborate with design teams and attend coordination meetings as required.
• Maintain version control and proper documentation for all BIM files.
• Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
