What you will do:
- Develop the BIM Management Plan and key processes for the design and bidding phases.
- Analyze client requirements and integrate them into bidding strategies. Position the VDC service as a value‑added partner by creating a compelling service offering.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define VDC best practices.
- Manage and grow a team of VDC coordinators and integrators.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outputs.
- Coordinate with partners (designers, subcontractors, etc.) to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in cost evaluation and strategic project planning.
- Be an ambassador of innovation at Pomerleau and with external stakeholders.
