Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently execute statistical aspects of projects that meet client expectations.
- Provide one‑on‑one mentorship to new employees and co‑ops.
- Assist in training junior statisticians to develop methodological expertise and professional skills.
- Develop statistical analysis plans.
- Conduct statistical analyses.
- Interpret and disseminate findings.
- Oversee and implement quality‑control activities.
- Lead or participate in the development or modification of novel statistical analysis code.
- Create, maintain, or extend R packages and R Shiny applications to standardize common statistical routines and enable accessibility, using Git for version control and Bitbucket for collaboration.
