Blockstream General Counsel Position

Lead legal and compliance strategy at Blockstream as a General Counsel in Menlo Park. Drive corporate governance and regulatory strategies while supporting the business mission and risk management.
In this hybrid role, you will direct legal and compliance efforts for Blockstream. Responsibilities include advising executive leadership and the Board on governance, managing mergers & acquisitions, and providing legal support in industry consortia. You will also oversee the drafting of complex commercial agreements, assess legal risks for product teams, and develop scalable legal infrastructure.
