- Minimum 10 years of warehouse / fulfilment centre operations experience - Proven track record of setting up a warehouse or fulfilment centre from scratch (greenfield) - Hands-on experience with a WMS platform — UniCommerce, Vinculum, Increff, or equivalent - Strong D2C / e-commerce fulfilment background is non-negotiable - Must be able to read, write, and speak Kannada — essential for local vendor, labour, and regulatory dealings - Proficiency in English and Hindi for cross-functional communication - Experience managing 3PL partners, courier integrations, and security agencies - Demonstrated ability to hire and build warehouse teams Good to Have - Prior experience in FMCG, personal care, or health & wellness category - Exposure to quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) fulfilment - Knowledge of GST/e-way bill compliance for outbound logistics - Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification - Familiarity with warehouse automation tools and barcode/RFID sy...
