Roles & Responsibilites:
- Implement and configure Blue Yonder S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) solutions
- Collaborate with business teams to gather planning and forecasting requirements
- Design and manage demand, supply, and financial planning workflows
- Support monthly S&OP cycles including demand review, supply review, and executive review
- Develop and maintain planning models, KPIs, and dashboards
- Analyze demand and supply variations and recommend optimization strategies
- Integrate S&OP with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Troubleshoot system and planning issues
- Participate in testing, system upgrades, and enhancements
- Provide user training and documentation
