BMS Programmer

We're seeking a BMS Programmer to support controls projects for one of our client's commercial divisions. Our client is a well-established contractor with a strong engineering team, deep project backlog, and a track record of delivering complex systems across large commercial and industrial facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deploy control logic, graphics, and sequences of operation for new construction and retrofit projects Configure controllers, networks, and front-end workstations to meet project specifications Provide on-site startup, point checkout, and troubleshooting alongside field technicians Support commissioning agents and engineering teams through functional testing and system tuning Document programming changes, as-built sequences, and submittal updates for project closeout QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of hands-on programming experience with building automation platforms Working knowledge of Automated Logic or comparable systems Strong understanding of HVAC equipment,...
