                Advanced Behavioral Therapy - We're seeking a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Advanced Behavioral Therapy's Beachwood ABA Center. As a BCBA at ABT, you'll be part of a clinician-owned, dedicated team that prioritizes the needs of children with autism and their families.
What You'll Do:
Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support
Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity
Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
