We are hiring an experienced Bobst 160 Operator with strong expertise in flat die cutting operations within a high-volume box plant.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Bobst Flat Die machines efficiently
- Perform flat die preparation, setting alignment and repairs
- Ensure quality compliance during die cutting operations
- Lead and supervise machine crew to achieve production targets
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
- Implement autonomous and preventive maintenance practices
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
- Work with pre-feeders, palletizers and automatic strapping systems when required
