Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced BOH Manager for a distinguished private property in Dubai. This senior-level position requires a strong leader with a proven background in large-scale facilities or estate management and a technical qualification in MEP ideally with a mechanical focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Back of House operations across the estate
- Manage multiple departments including Technical Services, Transport, IT, Landscaping, and the Mobile Team (external cleaning)
- Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 100 staff
- Ensure optimal performance and maintenance of all technical systems and equipment
