We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Boiler Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in operating and maintaining boilers in industrial settings. The role requires a strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers in accordance with safety procedures and regulations
• Monitor boiler performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with boilers and associated equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Train and mentor junior boiler operators
