Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable to support daily accounting and administrative operations within a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for AP processing, reconciliations, invoicing, payment tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple departments.



Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable as needed


• Match invoices, verify purchase orders, and process vendor payments


• Maintain accurate financial and accounting records


• Support inventory, purchasing, and accounting documentation as needed
