Description
Our Full-Time Engagement Professional Practice group is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside accounting professionals, supporting a variety of client engagements and ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping.
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts
+ Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle payroll transactions
+ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes for clients
+ Utilize industry-standard accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft D365, and PowerBI
+ Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standard
