We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a growing property management company. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys handling day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the property management or real estate industry is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience using Yardi or AppFolio will be strongly considered.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions for multiple properties/entities
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Maintain general ledger activity and supporting documentation
