Responsibilities

Trust Accounting

• Maintain and balance the general ledger for trust entities
• Ensure bookkeeping entries comply with trust accounting and fiduciary standards

Reconciliations

• Perform monthly reconciliations across QuickBooks, bank accounts, and credit card statements
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
