Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Cycle Accountant to join our finance team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle and must have hands‑on experience with QuickBooks and prior Canadian accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger
• Maintain accurate financial records and post journal entries in QuickBooks
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing activities
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and file Canadian sales tax returns (HST/GST/PST) and payroll remittances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
