Boutique Manager

Our client is a globally renowned luxury brand with a strong heritage in craftsmanship and excellence. As part of their continued growth in Singapore, they are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the boutique team, drive commercial performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day‑to‑day management of the boutique. This role combines commercial leadership, client development, team management, and operational excellence to ensure the highest standards of luxury retail execution.

• Drive boutique sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities.
