BR - Project Management Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the project and create a highly committed and aligned team environment with all who can influence project outcomes.
• Carry clear responsibility and accountability for delivery of project goals as set down by the client/project director.
• Develop a detailed scope, cost and schedule control baseline, and manage any project changes in terms of this agreed control baseline.
• Ensure governance on the project, specifically compliance to Hatch and client delegations of authority, procedures and policies.
• Ensure the required business and workplace integration activities occur. Specifically, that project documentation (contractual, engineering, maintenance and workplace change related) is managed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
