Branch Manager

Our client a respected family-owned Bus company is looking for a Branch Manager located in the London region. What we offer: 

Salary range: $90,000 - $97,000, commensurate with experience.

RRSP- Match after 3 months up to 3%

Extended Benefit program. 

3-4 weeks vacation depending on experience.

What you will do: 

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure safe and reliable route execution, maintain coverage and staffing.

Mitigate risk while addressing operational efficiency 

Lead hiring, onboarding coordination, and workforce planning in collaboration with Human Resources keeping pipeline of candidates steady.
