Branch Manager – Mansfield – £35,000 – £38,000 + Bonus
We have a new opportunity for an experienced manager with a background in financial services/banking to join our client in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. You will require excellent customer service and people management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities include:
Providing management across the branch including setting and achieving targets
Actively promoting the business products and services
Providing excellent customer service to customers
Providing training to new and existing staff members
Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and legalities
Actively working in the community to engage with charities and local opportunities
Contributing to the advertising and marketing of the business
