Branch manager is a senior commercial and relational leader, accountable for revenue growth and for stewarding Urgel Bourgie’s relationships with the communities it serves. The role combines two strategic mandates: leading a high-performing sales (pre-need and at-need), and acting as Urgel Bourgie’s ambassador across cultural, religious, and faith-based communities throughout the branch.
