FLSA Status: Full time hourly Non -exempt Brand Ambassador Position Summary The Brand Ambassador/Retail Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling in-home consultations for ProSolars Solar Consultants within retail store environments. This role is customer-facing and requires a high-energy individual who is comfortable approaching customers and booking appointments. Brand Ambassador represent the ProSolar brand in retail locations and are expected to maintain a professional, enthusiastic presence while consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals. Brand Ambassador Schedule Full-time role 40 hours per week. Shifts primarily occur during retail store hours, including evenings and weekends. Attendance at periodic sales meetings and training sessions outside of retail shifts is required.
